Nothing :- pankaj malik is not a good person to work with.

Dislikes

Culture, atmosphere, thoughts and vision. Toxic culture, no support from management, only maching works there for labour is required, they fire alot and even they fire their top most person gautam srivastava who served 20 years and fire immediately in covid times. Illiterate folks. Beware of pankaj malik.
