I had a disappointing experience working at IOS Relocations. While there is indeed a lot to learn, the work culture is extremely toxic and demotivating. The MD is deeply involved in every minor detail, including areas beyond an employee's job role. For instance, within my first month, I was expected to contribute to the development of their new website and provide content. Despite my efforts, my work was criticized, and I was humiliated, even being made to wait in her cabin for over two hours. The workload and expectations are unrealistic, especially for new joiners. The MD has a way of delegating multiple tasks with tight timelines, creating immense pressure. Employees are visibly overworked, frustrated, and unhappy. The atmosphere is so oppressive that no one has the time or energy to even engage with their colleagues. The MD’s management style fosters a culture of fear. Her communication is often disrespectful, and she belittles employees. Her negative attitude impacts the entire office environment, leaving employees feeling drained and demoralized. It felt suffocating, and her presence was so unsettling that I started having nightmares. The reviews praising the organization don’t reflect the reality at the Mumbai office. The people working there are burnt out, stuck in a monotonous cycle of work, criticism, and stress. It’s disheartening to see capable professionals reduced to mere shells of themselves, unable to leave due to personal responsibilities.
