Nothing to like, only dislikes.

Dislikes

High tempered owner, terrible attitudes old staff (working from last 4-15 years). It is a proprietorship managed company. The owner takes the call/shot. HR does not play any role other than recruitment, termination & salary. No growth, development & learning. Only old employees close to owner politicize and in stabilize or does allow to settle in the new employees. It always depends upon the mood of the owner lady. No understanding, only high tempered tantrums blown at employees any time with out any genuine cause....Read More

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
