The best part was getting a best manager . My manager was awesome .. the way he used to teach .. my area sales manager was really help full. He used to guide as well ... i really loved working there .

Only one word - bloodsuckers. The management treats employees as mules. Top management takes all the credit and increment. The middle and junior management gets peanuts. Account doesn't pay suppliers in time and when the material gets delayed, the blame is on the manager. Never join this pathetic organisation

The business acumen is high and we can develop good contacts thro their dealers or marketing team spread across the globe. Apart from this we can learn new developments that are coming up in the segment.

Mumbai branch manager is a non technical, does not give promotion to working man, those who advance him without working, get job security and increase in pay. Promotion is also given by sight Very much politics It shows fake business projection hr doesn't support at all, can't complain to anyone, Sagar boyer's whim runs in the company. So no one should work in ion exchange company

1) No appreciation of good work like promotion, better increment etc. 2) No future growth vision of company. Company don't feel like sharing future projection of company with employees. 3) Seniors try to exploit juniors by giving big work loads with minimum salary. 4) Bad mouthing and yelling on juniors is very common by managers and even the CEOs; even in meetings.

New commers at senior level not fully empowered and are driven by old persons who having less subject knowledge. Which is not good sign of team work.Ultimately company loosing professionalism.
