The work at lon Exchange is very slow, especially in the proposal department. I have faced it myself; the work mainly involves copy-pasting, and there is no scope for learning anything new. If you already know how to design and create proposals, you can survive, but for those who design or create proposals for ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge), there is zero scope because even they don't know what they are doing. If someone does any work, instead of being appreciated, they might get scolded for no reason. For example, if your copy-paste work isn't done properly, you might be asked to work an extra hour just for editing. I don't think you need to be a graduate to do this work; anyone can do it. Yet, they still want graduates so they can make them do copy-paste work.
