For site engineers, There is nothing to like. They just hire by saying there legacy for years But They cant give you a basic standard of salary. Don't destroy your career for this company. Don't follow herd. As an engineer, Feels like a labour working for 10-20 k salary. No work life balance- 6-8 months continues working on site. The industry they are in have not much potential. Not big companies in india you can apply after leaving ion exchange. So, even after learning water treatment skills, There is not any growth in engineering career.
