Only one word - bloodsuckers. The management treats employees as mules. Top management takes all the credit and increment. The middle and junior management gets peanuts. Account doesn't pay suppliers in time and when the material gets delayed, the blame is on the manager. Never join this pathetic organisation

Company don't feel like sharing future projection of company with employees. 3) Seniors try to exploit juniors by giving big work loads with minimum salary. 4) Bad mouthing and yelling on juniors is very common by managers and even the CEOs; even in meetings.
