There is no job security, you can get kicked off at any time without any notice period, Higher management is really not good, they don't have any knowledge of products and culture of the work And about policies they are just for showing off only. Pathatic work culture.

The old employees, they all are good in politics and playing it's well, apart from bad politics they don't have any knowledge of anything, Me and my manager was newly appointed, but manager , I don't know why he has been appointed as a manager he doesn't even know the M of managerial post and their responsibilities, #Chatu. There was not a single damn person to appreciate hard work behind.
