Promotion is also given by sight Very much politics It shows fake business projection hr doesn't support at all, can't complain to anyone, Sagar boyer's whim runs in the company. 1) No appreciation of good work like promotion, better increment etc. 2) No future growth vision of company. Company don't feel like sharing future projection of company with employees. 3) Seniors try to exploit juniors by giving big work loads with minimum salary. 4) Bad mouthing and yelling on juniors is very common by managers and even the CEOs; even in meetings.
