I didn't like anything, even I get frustrated working here, due to the delay and holding of our salary, The Management didnt support their employees

Dislikes

Many things : 1. Delay in salary 2. Holding 50% salary 3. PF not submitting on time 4. No increment and a huge gap in the salary slab of employees of the same designation 4. HR department is the worst. 5. Partner Universities are worst specially ( JIMS Rohini Sector 3) and they treated as slave

Everything is Terrible in this company.Biggest issue is with their salary.Initially they hired you on a Good salary and Promised everything.But later,there is no one for you.They generally give half salary in a month.and give rest of the salary in feb and march.in thid pandemic,they give 50 percent salary from march to november 2020.too much formats and paper work.you need to fill atleast dozen of excel sheets daily and send to Head office....Read More

It is a good company to start, mix of academics and corporate culture.

Dislikes

Delay in salary, Their college partners are not cooperative. Although company is good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
