Likes

Good supportive colleagues. Good working time (like school timing) but not flexible. Maintaining Punctuality in working time and hours.

Dislikes

There is no job security. The job will lost anytime and not supportive management except the owner of the company. There is no incentive for extra work and no increment in proper time and it's very less also.
