The company's management system and company policy are absolutely bad. Working time and salary are not available in the company, even after giving the resignation , the company does not clear the salary. The HR team and management's team in the company are so rude that they don't receive call the employees, they don't reply to the mail also. Worst company in my life.

1. Always in fund shortage and wants people who can work for free and for fake experience. 2. No proper recognition. They won't provide the stated compensations, No benefits, Toxic work politics. 3. More than 6 months' salary, EPF, and Full and final settlements, all are pending and they never settled anything to anyone yet. 4. Inefficient higher management people with a lot more insecurities protect their ego with fun talks (they named it like that) in every meeting, which will make you question your own life, shatter your emotions to the core, and question your abilities, and your well-being. 5. I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
