Intigate certainly is a good platform for learning. One learns here would always be grateful. Three of the directors are good, supportive and co-operative. They give one a chance to grow in terms of knowledge and skills. They offer on-site opportunities to good candidates.

Dislikes

Nothing is perfect, so does Intigate. I believe, bcz they are a small organization, they dont have process to follow. Let it be project development methodology, salary date or a healthy work life balance. However, if one goes and tell them their problem, they understand the situation. Job insecurities is another concern as they don't follow any process. But, that is in the worst scenarios.
