Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day. I do receive appreciation emails from our sales team, but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.

Generally speaking, my work is sightly challenging as I have to look after the entire billing cycle for all over India for all division. No order should be unprocessed which mark to us or our team for the day.
