Absolutely pathetic and Toxic work environment and horrible work life balance. Company's management is govern by novice who do not have any knowledge about how to drive business and had no future planning. Every employee of the company feels insecure about his or her job due to management's hiring and firing attitude.

I learn a lot every day and not just from my leadership team but from management at all other levels too. every person is unique in what they bring to the table and there is general sense of respect for every one in what they do.
