The code of conduct is taken very seriously at Interocean, which is necessary to maintain a good working environment. Everybody is respectful towards each other and there is no unnecessary pressure.

Worst treatment by seniors in dry desk especially. I would suggest if you r getting opportunities in Port Agency dry don't do it be jobless but dont join. Worst seniors worst work-culture & worst attitude. Total toxic environment in dry desk - Agency department

Dry desk (Agency department) Worst work culture, seniors r illiterate except desk incharge. No work life balance, growth till 4 years. People leave this job bcoz of this. If you r getting job in port agency dry desk, be jobless but dont join here. Overall feedback - WORST
