Big commitment at time of interview, but if not taken in writing they will not fulfill there own promises.

Dislikes

Hard to work with them, they them self unclear on what they are doing in company. Some locations are working fine by god grace else they failed.

Avoid joining ITP , it will hamper your personal as well as professional growth , though you can easily go somewhere in gulf or African countries with experience in ITP. That's the only plus point with ITP.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
