The work environment is unspeakable, filled with biasness and politics. Favoured candidates of the same designation get lots of advantages from the authority and others are treated inhumanely and with the least bit of respect. They are significantly understaffed, leading to mountains of workload. There is no boundaries to that workload as a clinical instructor one is expected to resume the roles of a clerk, accountant, typist even the hostel warden. There is no room for learning whatsoever because as an educational institution, this one has everything else going on other than EDUCATION. Management is the absolute worst. Salary is the lowest in the field and there are no customs of appraisals or salary hike. It's common to receive salary with a gap of 45 days. HR is the most unreliable. They fill heads with so many fake promises and lies I've lost count. Work life balance is unimaginable while working in that institution....Read More

Utterly terrible work experience. At first the job looked quite promising. But it didn't take very long to figure out all the fake promises and lies. Work environment is unimaginably biased filled with politics.
