1. Work life balance 2. Food quality 3. You will get to travel (both domestic and international) a-lot if you are in testing and have nice bond with your reporting manager. 4. You will get your salary on the last day of the month.

1. So much partiality between contractual and regular employees in terms of work hour, salaries and other benefits. 2. A lot of politics happen at management level. 3. HR is less supportive. 4. Strict office timings.
