The salary was good and fortunate to work with few smart people.

Dislikes

Very average skilled people work in Intel bangalore. The US management wants to keep all ownership and don't like to see smart people in India. They like to see mostly fresher and very average skilled experienced people working from India who are happy with less salary and no ambition.

I received an offer from PayPal India for the Data Architect role in Grade 27. The compensation offered is ; ₹80 lakh base, plus 80 lakh RSU (3-year vest) and ₹16 lakh variable Is this a good offer considering my level of experience for the grade? Has anyone provided feedback on the work-life balance, as I've heard a lot about restructuring stuff and layoffs? thanks in advance.
