Lot of office politics and incompetent people in leadership roles.

Company have good culture along with vision.also company having good leaders ahead.but some responsible or high level employees do worst level politics for their own profit or purpose.

I joined ipc in dec 2019 while joining hr didn't communicate for bond but after 7 months of joining he came with bond of 2.6 years and forcefully get signed that bond by using the words 'if you didn't signed this bond i will terminate your employment'.i resigned after two years due to not getting expected increment.after acceptance of resign hr confirm that i have to serve 3 months as notice period and pay 4 month emolument for breaching that bond which is certainly not acceptable to me so they promised for waving off that emolument charge. After 2 months next company requsted for join in 2 month and they ready for pay 1 months penalty.but ipc charge me 3 months salary which is already in hold in ipc scope because as per ipc policy they hold notice period salary. And i paid 3 months salary for HR mistake they don't convey this all conversation to direct sir and i pay penalty for others mistake and that was wrost experience i have only with HR department in IPC....Read More
