Regular Pizza parties, canteen and office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Politics is too much. You can see positive feedbacks as well but trust me that would have been done by closed one's of Manager or by Manager itself. Talking about Support department, pathetic and toxic work culture is there. Senior Manager past experience is also questionable and he don't know how to tackle the team. There are lot of politics in interviews too, They don't have any capable person who has good skills to ask skilled or proper questions. They want to make their dependencies that's why they reject skilled people. And they give wrong feedback to HR after taking interview.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
