ISS Governance has been in the business for a long time and has been steady, so in terms of job security it is good. Different training sessions are conducted year round, mostly related to your work profile. Participation in outside conferences, sessions is poor. Salary and appraisal is pretty much steady and increment(excess) depends on the company performance....Read More

Dislikes

Not much innovation, as most projects are related to maintenance and small client requested enhancements. Only a couple teams are working on building new stuff and experimenting. Office politics plays a major role. Work-life balance for some teams is poor.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
