it is a hospital setup and all know that nurses is the most important part of hospital but in ilbs nurses day is not celebrated even we do not get any appreciation for our work

In covid 19 lockdown period ilbs supported us in a very good manner.

Job security is not there and no growth as per experience. Nursing cadre is not according to the profile. Experience should be recognised well

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
