Excellent work culture , discipline , training in recent technology , exposure to corporate culture , work flow is organised . Dr Meenu Bajpai is an excellent academician, administrator and a lovely person , she made our work easy and fun. Under the Guidance and leadership of Dr S K Sarin the institute is an excellent place to work. I wish the institute and the department the very best.

1. HR department not provides the job related information in a way of what benefits an employee can use at ilbs. 2. No health related benefits to employee even being working in the hospital. They need to pay for single needle use for them in case of emergency. 3. For female staff should get 2 days more off because there is more responsibility over them at home like children care plus family expectations From Lady only this is common for every women working in any organization. 4. There was opportunity if you are not for medical background you might know about liver, kidney and biliary for sure.

Dislikes

There waiting period and not to shift your doctor if you visit already. Because of that policy patients suffer alot with problems and staff also.
