There is know good about this place as their is know job security they can for you anytime . The management doesn’t follow any company policy as there is know policy neither any hr policy.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn’t address the issue the administration treat employees as beggar when asked about the salary . The salary is never on time n know hike which ultimately makes ur growth slow. The director gives false commitment n talks as if u r unworthy incapable. The organisation is filled with liesfilthy messy. They barge in ur personal life n time by taking ur Sunday also. No payment for over time. So please think 1000 time entering in this organisation. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
