A great feeling working with a fast growing and highly motivated and supportive team which is making rapid strides in international markets especially North America region. Love the atmosphere as well as the clients we are closing. Great perks and fairly decent compensation structure.

A lot of insecurity and negative energy around the office because of the lack of projects and delay in salary payments. No leadership at front, not a proper communication with employees to know and understand their problems and that's why it leads to negativity and unsatisfaction.

One of the best decisions of my life was moving from Pune to Bangalore to take up this job. I worked here for 3 years and today I am working in a Fortune 100 company. All credit to Inqnest. I got to work with some of the biggest brands in India and globally. I learnt a lot from my seniors and my skills levelled up consistently. Wonderful environment. Love the company!

No dislike but you cannot fake your way around here. You have to be really good at what you do and love what you do. If you like lazing away, doing politics and cribbing in general. This is not the company for you.
