I joined the company four months ago. So far it has been great in terms of both learning as well as the team dynamics. The support from colleagues and the opportunities for professional growth have been really good. I'm very happy to have the remote work culture which provides us the flexibility to work with ease.

Dislikes

One area of improvement could be to have more consistent and balanced schedules which would further enhance our productivity and overall satisfaction.

So it's a work from home job and I find it difficult to maintain work life balance. Since I am working on a client project and mostly work according to USA time zone, I have found myself spending most of my day around work. Since there is no fixed time schedule, it feels like you need to stay close to your laptop for any short notice meeting or event.
