I joined the company four months ago. So far it has been great in terms of both learning as well as the team dynamics. So it's a work from home job and I find it difficult to maintain work life balance. Since I am working on a client project and mostly work according to USA time zone, I have found myself spending most of my day around work. Since there is no fixed time schedule, it feels like you need to stay close to your laptop for any short notice meeting or event.

Remote work, supportive leadership, and excellent benefits, to name a few. In addition, the biggest pro is that the entire organization works together towards the same goal, and there are no egos. Although it is a remote-first organization with talent globally, each week, our team gets together to prioritize team-building activities through Zoom to break barriers of being globally dispersed.
