Everything is disliked from my side. No corporate culture, rude behaviour from top management to bottom. Hrs look like puppets here. They don't have any single knowledge about Hr process. 1- No work-life balance 2- No Job Security 3- No Vision

Too much blame games and negative outlook towards employees. They feel even employees are replacesable just like the office furniture and would treat you like use and throw. There are a few dignitaries at the top who play politically correct role but sometimes even they are not spared. In a span of 1 year, you ll see your reporting change atleast 6-8 times About benefits - Cafeteria is a left over place from warehouse, no tissues, no free cookies or biscuits( there was no paid lunch during lockdown)<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
