Toxic culture.No long term vision . Appreciation on perception base keeping the performance and hard work aside. Management is immature with raw ears . Fake commitment no motivation no consistent policy no leadership and team handling qualities. high attrition rate . Management is week any one can make them fool .only glib and back biting person can work in their environment. still depends on old technology as compared to the competitors . manual integration and configuration stands the company at last and continue working with eves closed from there rivals ,Do not want to improve. Previously i’m working in innoviti last 2 Year but I don’t have job security. In last 1/2 years Company Remove Multiple Employees Due to costing .But I’m happy with working culture 😊
