Company doesn’t gives job security. Top level management is mean and has created an unhealthy environment in company in the organisation. Company is losing their asset due to silly ego problem of top level management.

Dislikes

Ego are very high of top level management, they don’t treat people in office as human and partial with them. As it’s parent company is in UK (United Kingdom) but culture is totally different.
