We have to work in weekends and after working hours and its so common there, their work culture is like that you cant say no that i am not going to work from home while completing office hours in company. Its so normal to work 12 hour every day and still they dont appreciate your efforts and you dont have time for your person life. If you are on leave, still they will tell you to don work and if we say no to them then our increment and bonus will affect....Read More
