I think the current changes in the company since 2022 will make it a bit enjoyable working here.

Promotions are only given based on who do you know, there is no growth at all. I've been working here for 15years,no promotion. With qualifications, good record but still nothing,to a point where I had to ask my Manager to be honest with me and tell me what is wrong with me and the answer was there is nothing wrong.
