Management doesn't address issues. No appreciation for good employee. In QC dept lost of politics and parsality between Chemists. Qc manager is not responsible person. This organization is not good for highly qualified and experience candidate. No growth in designation as per experience. If you join as chemist, throughout your workin g period you have to do same work as chemist only<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Less incriment, less salary</mark>.
