I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Management is very poor , they don't respond to employe consern, in Raipur branch head Sharma bad guy he thinks like he was the director of company, he always try to put pressure on the staff, they not sette your full and final settlement amount for more than 8-9 months. Very slow works done even government office work more faster than this company management

Dislikes

The work culture is very orthodox in today's corporate world. All decisions and approvals is sanctioned from HO. There is very less scope of promotion & appraisals. Growth is very minimum. There is no specific salary structure for the employee. Personals developement is poor.
