There is no job security., Teammates are supportive. No salary hike and they just want to you be work like hell team leader is not so supportive.

Work Details

As a fresher it was nice and interesting job, struggled bit in beginning as there was no training sessions. If you want to learn something we have to involve in every aspect. No one gonna teach you

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
