Poor management, poor attitude towards employees, undercompensation, exploitation, no strong design philosophy, principal architect is money minded of late.

They do a lot of critical thinking in there work its there greatest advantage and dis advantage

Very bad work life balance. Management doesn’t care about your personal life. They will pretend that they care but actually they don’t. Very long and tiring working days usually. Design changes can happen on the last day of submission and you will be expected to stay back and complete all the work without being paid anything extra. Food compensation is also not given usually. Working on weekends is normal in this company and they are very proud of such working environment. Higher management has big ego and attitude so be careful by not hurting it. Hire and fire policies if you cannot work as per requirements. Firm works on revit but dont have proper set up it is mostly a marketing strategy. You will be doing many re works because ramdom revisions. Getting reimbursement is very shady, they might pay back after making you wait for very long time. Per meal you are allowed 75 rs only. Endless review of work even after submission of all clients requirements is a killing process. Office runs on watsapp mostly and they expect you to reply even on weekends. No free wifi for any employee except few favourites in office. Junior are not allowed to use there phone in office. Comings late to work even after having long working day on a previous night is not acceptable. You will be shouted by seniors. No internet is provided to juniors in office. Trainees are practically cheap labor. You work and design is reviewed on WhatsApp. They dont even have Microsoft office in the office only few senior have the software.
