I was interviewed for Recruiter Role Recently . HR and team are disgusting. Rescheduled the interview multiple times and no response nobody answer the call from HR Team Initially they agreed for 30% Hike once I cleared all the rounds and they asked for document too and told that they can offer same as current ctc . Dear Infopro ppl If you cannot afford a good candidate with min 20% hike , y do u hire . Candidate are not brainless like you people to come for same ctc. They dont even know why they are hiring and what is the market value for each position. The Talent Acquisition Manager Called and she is only confused and she is telling I can give u same ctc and then she told I can give u 5% then again she is telling if you have any other offer then pls choose that one .seriously lol . Get some training from me or someone Regarding Recruitment and HR . Such a worst experience. Never ever take interview or join this unprofessional company . I got some good offer in other company.
