Being Head L&D, really liked the work atmosphere and the owner of the group is really awesome, she's a person you can talk your issues directly and she'll try to resolve it effectively!

Nothing to like about the school apart from the about of hard work each person is putting in their individual capacity.

Dislikes

Everything, lala ji ki campany hai, these people don’t think of you as employees, they thong of you as 3rd grade employees. You dont have a person life at all, they would want you to work on the weekends aswell . And make you feel guilty for takinng any leaves. This is place to join if you dont have anything else and are ready to punish yourself

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
