The one best thing about Infinizi is they won't let you go unless you have made a great mistake.

Dislikes

The work culture here is really bad. No working hours, no support. And they all want to play blame game if a mistake is seen.

Probably nothing.The HR can't even speak or understand fluent English and he's the HR of the so called company.Pathetic standard of hiring and work.

Dislikes

Worst company one can expect to work with..Boss not at all employee centric.. I'm glad I could understand their policies even before joining them for a paltry sum they offer.They expect you to work from office during the pandemic as "no one is an exception" to them.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
