Everything is urgent, Top management involvement in each and every decision. Management changes word as per their convenience. A lot of pressure of work. Strict Rules are applicable for each employee except some चमचे. In time followed very strictly but management expects you must work for some more time after office time. Only Money is priority and no customer satisfaction.
