It’s a very passionate start up. There is a lot of learnings to take back from the founding team members. There is a group of people who constantly defame them. The founders are very supportive and very aggressive. The founder is a gem of a person.

They dont bound us in the office, we are free to go out and chill in lunch and tea break time. Working environment is very nice and teammates are very supportive, policies are good IHS is a very healthy and safe place to work for women.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
