The work life balance depends on your seniority and the junior engineers have always been targeted and pressurised by the project delivery manager and work life balance is a myth in healthcare domain. My delivery manager is 16 years + experience in same company and some senior management position guys is ruining the company policy.There is no strong HR policy in that company and due to budget constraints they can put anyone to PIP and tortured them and let them out of organisation....Read More

Senior Leadership they done know what they speak, they don't know how they behave, they are happy until lowest expenses are running the process. First time in my entire career I heard Layoff, just because of organization expenses. The people who mess with me will face more drastic situation in their life, for than what they have done. I had my channels and they gave me the news as managers also went through layoff later on in their life and faced their karma. There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.

Leaders are approachable and collaborative. Flexible work environment with good work life balance and job security. A lot of employee engagement activities keep happening regularly. Interview and onboarding process was also seamless. The Bengaluru campus is huge with a a lot of open spaces to relax and unwind.
