I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

During lockdown infenira has destroyed my whole career,it breaks it’s promise of onroll employment with it’s roll employee. Within three months of on-roll employment was given &during lockdown it’s has chosen it’s on-roll employee as it’s target. Now in this crisis it has made me jobless.Simply the big names never shine there promise like infinera .

Mostly, it depends in which team you are, but mostly I didn't see anyone complaining about work quality. Its a mid level company and take care of employees very well.

It doesn't looks very fancy. Like when you enter, interiors might look ordinary but don't worry about that. Pantry looks ordinary but you get all the things like fruits, tea, milk, oats, noodles , biscuits.
