Management worst . They concentrate on work only not on work done by you. Jab increment karna hai tab bahane baaji .. unlimited pressure and work. They dont have 8 hrs policy as work culture. U have to work for 12 to 16 hrs a day. With nominal overtime which is half than ur ctc per hour. Increment wo kya hota hai .. some people are just want u to work and they get benifits from ur work. Not u . So please dont join such disgusting company....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
