Work life balance however dependent on role

Management lacks clarity as it does not have any clear plans to grow especiallyin India perhaps due to bilateral relations between two countries. Management have lot of trust issues with Indian staff and does not consider opinions. Better to avoid. Last but not least HR is worst person
