The company was starting at Jan2017.I like to work on one of the part of reliable service, better quality products, and environmental. I'm getting an good salary and trouble shooting solving knowledge.

Dislikes

Here the work pressure is high and sometimes to work 10/12 hours per day. Also giving some tough targets.

Work Details

I'm working on Service engineer in Industrial Air solutions LLP. Im doing service,commissioning,solve troubleshooting as both electrical and mechanical problems. Also I am convenencing to sale the spares.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
