Good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

If someone takes leave in emergency, then his salary is deducted. And self health insurance Amount is very low...There is a lot of politics.

To start your career as a fresher it is a good place to go with. Teammates and management are supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.To be on roll in theorganization you have to atleast work here for 3 to 4 years & there is no package enhancement year by year.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i leart everything at job.it was quite interesting.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
