I did not feel anything good.

Dislikes

Long extra Timing and not paid overtime , very much pressure , office environment was not good. Seniors and managers were not supportive.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
